I'm Steven. I build AI things for a living and side projects for fun. This site is where the fun stuff lives.
The name comes from that one spot—you know the one. Where the phone can wait, the inbox doesn't matter, and the only deadline is sunset. For me, it's a weathered blue Adirondack on the sand somewhere in the Keys.
The Day Job
AI/ML at AWS. Before that: NVIDIA, and before that I founded a computer vision startup that got acquired (twice). 25 years of building things, from telecom networks to neural networks.
